01Overview

This page explains how to permanently delete your account and personal data from the VoxSG mobile application, published on Google Play by VOX GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (Singapore, UEN 202112832Z).

VoxSG is a corporate B2B application. The public side of the app — Home, Products, About, Contact — does not require any account and stores no personal data tied to anonymous visitors. Accounts exist only for employees of VOX GLOBAL PTE. LTD. who sign in to the staff area.

02Delete your account from inside the app

This is the fastest method — deletion happens immediately.

1. Open the VoxSG appLaunch the app on your Android device.
2. Tap STAFF LOGINOn the Home screen, tap the STAFF LOGIN button in the top-right corner.
3. Sign inEnter your corporate email and password. The Employee Badge screen opens.
4. Tap DELETE ACCOUNTScroll down on the Badge screen. Below the team size card you will see a red DELETE ACCOUNT button. Tap it.
5. Confirm with your passwordA confirmation dialog appears. Re-enter your current password to authorise the deletion, then tap DELETE PERMANENTLY.
6. DoneYour employee profile and sign-in account are removed from our systems within seconds. The app returns to the public Home screen.

03Can't access the app? Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app option (account locked, device lost, app uninstalled), email us:

Subject line: Account deletion request

Please include the email address linked to your VoxSG account. We will action your request within 7 business days and reply once the deletion is complete.

04What data is deleted

The following is removed immediately and is not recoverable:

• Employee profile stored in Firestore: name, job title, department, email, start date
• Firebase Authentication record: your sign-in email and the encrypted hash of your password
• Any cached profile data held by the app on your device (cleared on next app launch)

05What data is retained (and why)

If you previously submitted a public partnership enquiry through the Contact form, that submission is stored separately in our enquiries collection and is not linked to your employee account. Those records are retained for up to 2 years from last contact, per Singapore record-keeping conventions for business correspondence, then deleted automatically.

You can request earlier deletion of enquiry records by emailing the address above and specifying the email used in the enquiry.

06Compliance

All deletion operations comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and with Google Play's Account Deletion policy.
